Live from the Lab

OTRAS NOVEDADES

The area of Technology Applied to Learning elaborated a report with the aim of allowing the UTEC community to access the design process of digital experiences implemented in the pilot Lab Broadcast. It also intends to reveal the project’s main features, actions carried out, the techno-pedagogical design and the results obtained.

This project started based on the competences framework of a CU and determined which ones could and could not be carried out virtually, concluding that almost the entire framework could be approached from virtual spaces, with the exception of some specific competences directly based on hands-on lab practices.

As a result, all students participating in the pilot experience developed all their competences and reached a Good to Very Good performance (3.4 to 4). In addition, this methodology was welcomed by students, so it may well be incorporated into the array of practical activities at the University lab.
